SUGARLOAF DESIGN AND BUILD
"Thoughtful design, built with integrity"

Your Project

Whether your project is large or small it will receive our complete attention to detail.

We'll start with a complimentary design meeting in your home so that you can tell, and show, us what you want.  We'll then draw up three, preliminary plans: bare bones, middle-of-the-road and sky's-the-limit.  Once you've seen the plans and you decide to proceed we'll create a final, detailed project plan and blueprint and work will begin.

We'll assign a Master Carpenter to your project, who will be on the job daily and will be your day-to-day contact.  He or she will also coordinate the on-site work of the plumbers, electricians, painters and other craftsmen who will be working on your project. In addition, we'll meet weekly with you to review progress and to work with you on the the numerous detail selections you'll need to make during the course of your project.
